Hasty Jury ??
Can you believe this ? Lawyers for a death row inmate are basing an appeal on a judge's refusal to allow smoking during deliberations ! Say the lack of smoke breaks made the jury come to a hasty decision !
The worst part is that it has made it to the Ohio Supreme Court !
